All quotes remain valid for 1 month only. Once payment is received a booking and price is confirmed. Our services and hire items are subject to availability at the time of booking.
All bookings must be confirmed to us in writing with a deposit paid for it to constitute as a valid booking.
Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.
Preferably it would be best to book four to six months in advance so we can ensure we provide you with your exact requirements,
However we will always do our best to accommodate all last minute bookings.
This BOND portion is only refunded after the event if all goods are returned or available for collection in as supplied condition..
The deposit will only be refunded if bookings are cancel at least 30 days prior to the hire date. After this time the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement. It may be used at the discretion of Moments of Elegance as future credit.
All bookings for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
